What types of projects do you take on?

We build custom software applications, IoT hardware systems, embedded firmware, and end-to-end connected systems. Projects range from standalone web platforms and mobile apps to PCB design paired with cloud backends. If your project involves software, hardware, or both talking to each other, it's in our scope.

How do you charge for your work?

We work across three engagement models depending on what you need. Project-based builds are scoped and quoted upfront with a fixed price. Ongoing support and maintenance runs on a monthly retainer. Consulting, architecture reviews, and feasibility work is billed hourly. We'll recommend the right model when you reach out.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends entirely on the complexity. A focused web platform or firmware module might take 4–8 weeks. A full end-to-end system combining custom hardware and software can run 3–6 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline after understanding your requirements We don't rush builds that need to be reliable.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Yes. We're based in Australia but work with clients remotely. All project communication, documentation, and delivery can be handled online. Hardware shipping and on-site requirements are discussed case by case.

What industries do you work with?

We don't restrict to specific industries. Our focus is on businesses that need systems built precisely around how they operate, not adapted from generic software. We have live projects in fuel station management and order/payment operations, and we're open to any industry where off-the-shelf tools aren't cutting it.

Do you provide support after a project is delivered?

Yes. We offer ongoing support retainers that cover maintenance, firmware updates, bug fixes, and feature additions after delivery. Most clients continue with us on a retainer because the system keeps evolving. Ad-hoc support is also available outside of retainers.

Can I just get a consultation without committing to a full build?

Absolutely. We offer consulting engagements for architecture reviews, feasibility studies, and technical second opinions, billed hourly. There's no obligation to proceed with a build. A lot of clients start with a consultation to understand what's actually involved before committing.
